The £39m project will see the construction of new classrooms, workshops, dining halls, kitchen, and offices. Plans Approved for Gillingham Homes

Start Date Approaches for Essex Flats

Redevelopment works to create 26 new flats near Grange Service Station in Rayleigh, Essex is due to start in June 2023. The new three-storey build will also include basement car park and associated landscaping works. The accommodation is expected to comprise of 13 one-bed, 10 two-bed and 3 three-bed flats. The existing building will be demolished prior to construction of the new-build.
