Giles Lane Student Accommodation is Top Construction Project in South East
We’ve curated the Barbour ABI data to bring you the top construction projects within the south east in 2025. This includes the top construction projects by total value across all sectors with a start date 6 months back, and 6 months forward. Please note that we have excluded all masterplans from our league tables.
The latest data for south east construction projects sees the Giles Lane Student Accommodation and Sports Pavillion take the number one spot with a value of £418m. Sharing second place is the Strode Farm 296 Houses and Flats Phases C & D project and the Thames Cable Tunnel both valued at £230m. In third place we have the Broad Street Mall project consisting of 644 flats valued at £200m.
