According to Barbour ABI’s planning data, the Gatwick Airport Northern Runway secures the top construction project in the South East. The project also tops our top 100 league table, with a value of £2.2bn. In joint second place is the Iver Heath Data Park – 90 MW Data Centre, and the Rampion 2 Offshore 1.2GW Wind Farm both valued at £1.2bn. In third place is the Giles Lane Student Accommodation and Sports Pavillion with a project value of £418m.
