Plans to build a student accommodation complex in Brighton have been given the go-ahead. Located on the site of a former car park, the 555-bed development will cost an estimated £35m to construct and is due to be completed in 2027.

Detailed plans have been submitted and are awaiting approval for 301 new flats in Willesden. Consisting of a mix of one, two, and three bedroom flats, the build will also include a Gym, Retails units and parking facilities. Work is due to commence late 2024 following demolition works.
