Plans in for Whitby Hotel

Plans are in and awaiting approval for a new luxury coastal hotel called Cliffemount at Runswick Bay, near Whitby. The £3.6m hotel will have 20 rooms, plus community facilities including pub and restaurant. Subject to planning consent, construction is due to begin in late spring 2024.

Bowmer & Kirkland are set to deliver a triple tower, 1224 bed Student Accommodation project in Manchester. Costing an estimated £130m, the three interlinked towers will range from 16-27 storeys.
