Contractor Appointed for Darlington Station Project

Willmott Dixon have been assigned as contractor or the new £30m Darlington Station project. The scheme consists of demolition works to the existing buildings before erection of new station building with concourse, multi-storey car park, 50 cycle spaces, and other associated works.
Plans Approved for Birmingham Warehouse
Project ID: 12704317
Detailed plans have been granted approval for conversion works to create a warehouse/distribution unit in Birmingham. Costing an estimated £935k, construction is due to commence in April 2024 and will last approximately six months.
