Stadium construction projects continue to be some of the most closely watched developments in the UK sports and leisure construction pipeline.
Given that stadia often involve major investment, complex delivery and significant regional impact, it isn’t surprising that they remain a hot topic across the entire construction supply chain.
With that in mind, we’ve used data from our Construction Project Leads Platform to highlight the top five stadium construction projects due to start in the UK in 2026, ranked by value.
We’ve also included other stadium projects currently in the pipeline, giving a broader view of upcoming developments across the UK.
Our Construction Project Leads Platform shows there are 51 stadium projects currently underway, and 106 projects due to begin in the next two years.
