What is Subcontractor Agreement?

A subcontractor contract – also called a subcontractor agreement – is characterized by the fact that a general contractor commissions a third company to provide partial services within the framework of a larger contract.

The contract is concluded between the general contractor and the subcontractor ; the building owners are not involved. There is therefore no direct contract between the building owners and the subcontractors.
