Whilst they’re essential to operation, they don’t directly input to the finished products and services a business is providing. These products or services support processes rather than lead.
Differences between Direct and Indirect Procurement
The main difference between direct and indirect procurement is the overall function. Direct procurement handles all core processes and directly affects the finished product, whereas indirect procurement supports operations which leads to the finished product.
