Our Regional Spotlight Report breaks down the nine core regions of England, along with construction intelligence covering Scotland and Wales, to provide you with the top 5 projects in each region based on planning applications, planning approvals and contract awards.

Planning approval and contract award intelligence considers the highest value ranked projects from the previous month. Planning applications are presented a month in arrears due to the time delay between the application date and council publication.
