What is Tender Management?

Tender management services include the effective overseeing of the entire tendering journey. This can include the planning and submitting of tender responses while reviewing and tracking the progress of work produced by tender writers, also known as bid writers.

Role of a Tender Manager

A tender manager is responsible for overseeing the entire tender process from start to finish. Working closely with the client, the tender manager organizes the tender and prepares the necessary documents. Their duties also include gathering and evaluating incoming bids on behalf of the client. Additionally, the tender manager handles communication with various suppliers, conducts contract negotiations, prepares framework agreements, and ensures the successful completion of the project.
