Jenny

Jenny Archer is an experienced researcher with 20 years’ experience in the field, including 12 years delivering research for the built environment sector.

During that time, she has designed, managed and presented many quantitative and qualitative projects, sharing results with the industry through written reports and presentations. She has also been heavily involved in competitor analysis to inform strategic decision making. Jenny joined the Consultancy Research Team at Barbour ABI in 2024 as Consultancy Research Manager, delivering bespoke consultancy projects for clients. Jenny is a certified member of the Market Research Society.

Steve has been with Barbour ABI for 32 years and heads up the New Orders analysis for the Office of National Statistics (ONS) and the REPD for the DESNZ. Steve has acted as Contract Manager for both the REPD and HNPD contracts for the last four years.

Head of Business and Client Analytics, Barbour ABI. Ed’s background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology, which is where his love for research and data stems from.

Ed has been working for the last 14 years in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, helping clients and retailers grow their businesses by leveraging data. Ed was also a regular on the presenter circuit, presenting at national and international conferences to help demonstrate the role data can play in organisations’ day-to-day activities. We would be keen for Ed to showcase both the REPD and HNPD at various industry events.

Rob

Rob

Senior Data Analyst, Barbour ABI. Rob has a focus on geospatial data and data visualisation. Rob has a Master’s degree in Geographical Information Science from the University of Manchester.

Rob has recently developed our suite of strategic insight dashboards. Rob is also responsible for updating and improving the current interactive maps we provide for the REPD and HNPD. Rob is also a volunteer for MapAction, who help anticipate, prepare for and respond to humanitarian emergencies.
