10 Dock Facility Redevelopment is Top Construction Project in South West

Please note that we have excluded all masterplans from our league tables.
The latest data for top south west construction projects sees the 10 Dock Facility – Davenport Royal Dockyard project in first place valued at £750m. In second place is the Agratas Gigafactory Gravity Smart Campus Phase 1 project with a value of £500m. Then in third is the Royal Cornwall Hospital Phase 3A Women and Children Facility project with a value of £292m.
