According to Barbour ABI planning data, the top construction project in the North East is the Castle Leazes 2011-bed Student Accommodation project valued at £240m. In second place is the Fulwell Cain Studios Phase 1 project valued at £215m. Then taking third place is the Follingsby Park Phase 2 project with a project value of £200m.
