This includes the top construction projects by total value across all sectors with a start date 6 months back, and 6 months forward. Please note that we have excluded all masterplans from our league tables.
The latest data for north east construction projects shows the Redcar Bulk Terminal 49.9MW Waste to Energy Plant project in first place valued at £450m. Second place is the Gateshead Quay Arena valued at £350m. In third place is the Fulwell Cain Studios Phase 1 project valued at £215m.
