According to Barbour ABI’s extensive planning data, the top construction project in the North East is the Redcar Bulk Terminal 49.9MW Waste to Energy Plant valued at £450m. In second place is the Castle Leazes 2,011 Bed Student Accommodation project valued at £240m. Then taking third place is the Fulwell Cain Studios Phase 1 project with a project value of £215m.
