According to Barbour ABI’s planning data, the top construction project in the North West is the Morgan Offshore 1500MW Wind Farm with a value of £1bn. The Crown Street Phase 3 project consisting of 1746 apartments and demolition is in second place with a value of £570m. In third place is the Therme Manchester Wellbeing Resort valued at £450m.
