The latest data for north west construction projects shows the Crown Street Phase 3 – 1746 Apartments/Demolition project in first place valued at £570m. Second place is the Therme Manchester Wellbeing Resort Project with a value of £450m. In third place is The Gasworks, New Town 1202 Houses and Flats project valued at £400m.
