Plans Submitted for 73-storey London Tower
Plans are in for a new tower located in the City of London. At 73-storeys, the tower will match the height of the Shard. Plans submitted for the project show that it will incorporate reception space, office space, amenity zones, a restaurant and a public viewing gallery. The project is estimated to cost £600m, with main construction not due to begin until late 2025.
Approval Granted for Tamworth Residential
Details plans have been approved and reserved matters granted for a 24 house residential development in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The project is being valued at £3m and is due to start construction in November 2023. Works are estimated to last 14 months.
Groundwork Commences on North West Student Accommodation
Domis has begun groundworks on a student accommodation development in Manchester. Housing 509 dwellings, the 28-storey building will also include a wellbeing suite, study space, communal social space, and storage.
