Works Delayed on Southend on Sea Residential Flats

The construction start date to create a new residential development in Southend on Sea has been delayed until 2024. Initially due to begin work in June 2023, the £38m scheme has been pushed back to January 2024 and is now expected to finish in October 2029. Once completed, the build will provide 489 residential flats and 13 houses.
