Start Date Confirmed for Bromley Residential
A start date of July 2023 has been confirmed for the construction of a new residential development in Bromley, Kent. The £25m project will include 178 dwellings comprising of a mixture of one to five bedroom houses and flats.
Planning Approval Expected for Birmingham Residential Project
Plans for a new 48-storey residential tower in Birmingham have been recommended for approval to the council. Costing an estimated £34.6m, the tower will include 462 built-to-rent apartments along with ground floor commercial spaces.
Works Delayed on Southend on Sea Residential Flats
The construction start date to create a new residential development in Southend on Sea has been delayed until 2024. Initially due to begin work in June 2023, the £38m scheme has been pushed back to January 2024 and is now expected to finish in October 2029. Once completed, the build will provide 489 residential flats and 13 houses.
