ITV Studio Re-build is Top Project in London
We’ve curated the Barbour ABI data to bring you the top construction projects within London in 2025. This includes the top construction projects by total value across all sectors with a start date 6 months back, and 6 months forward. Please note that we have excluded all masterplans from our league tables.
The latest data for London construction projects shows the ITV Studio Re-build and the 60 Gracehurst Street Office projects both in first place with a shared value of £500m. Second place is the Grafton Street & New Bond Redevelopment Phase 3 project valued at £440m. In third place is the 140 Bastion House – Office Development valued at £437m.
