Contractor Appointed for Manchester Residential Project

Sir Robert McAlpine’s Capital Ventures division has been appointed as contractor on the £110m Arundel Street residential project in Manchester. Consisting of 355 apartments plus commercial space on the ground floor, main construction is due to start in January 2025 following preliminary work in 2024.

Plans have been submitted for a new 186 dwelling residential area in Culcheth, Warrington. The project is valued at an estimated £22.3m and will include a mix of houses and flats. Along with all associated landscaping landscaping, car parks, and access works, the development is set to be completed in mid-late 2027.
