Detailed plans have been recommended for approval of the construction of a new Bioscience Campus in Nottingham. Phase 6 of The Island Quarter is estimated to cost just under £35m and is expected to include office, development and research facilities. Construction of the scheme is due to commence in October 2023 and to be complete within 17 months.

Revamp Plans Revealed for Liverpool Tate Gallery

Plans have been revealed for redevelopment to the Tate Gallery in Liverpool. Work includes internal remodelling and external alterations to the existing building to create an improved gallery space. Associated mechanical and electrical replacement will be included as part of the redevelopment, as well as updates within the restaurant.
