Plans Approved for Loughborough Residential Project
Outline plans have been approved for a proposed 228 house residential project in Loughborough, East Midlands. The project is estimated to cost £22.8m and expected to begin in Q3 2025.
Progress Made on Oldham Prudential Building Refurb
Approval has been given for the £8.6m proposed redevelopment of the Prudential Assurance Building in Oldham, Greater Manchester. The scheme will comprise of 71 new business units and façade restoration, roof replacement, lift restoration, and the creation of a glazed atrium.
Plans Submitted for Houses in West Midlands
Plans have been submitted and are awaiting approval to build 15 new houses at Beacon Dairy Farm in Walsall, West Midlands. The project costs an estimated £1.5m and is due to start works in July 23.
Contractor Signed for West London Residential Development
Ardmore Construction have signed a deal to work on a £500m residential development in London. Featuring 462 flats, community leisure, offices, commercial space and all associated works, the project is due to start in June 2023.
