Start Date Announced for West Midlands Industrial Unit
Construction on a new industrial unit at Phoenix Park in Birmingham is due to commence in the first quarter of 2024. The project is expected to cost £16m and consist of industrial and warehouse units, associated parking and landscaping, and 14 dock levelling bays.
Contractor Named for North East Construction Academy
Brims Construction has been signed off to build a new Housing Innovation and Construction Skills Academy (HICSA) in Sunderland. With construction due to begin in September 23, the HICSA aims to provide a facility to educate, train and upskill local people to create innovative factory-built new homes.
New Office Plans Approved in London
Detailed plans have been approved for an office block on Loman Street in Southwark. Following demolition of the existing building, a new 7-storey building is due to be erected, with a completion date expected to be early 2025.
