Evans Property Group were awarded the contract for the Dakota Hotel at Manchester Airport on 1st July 2024. Currently at the detail planning stage, the £60m build will consist of the erection of 7 storey 154-bedroom hotel, with associated access, car parking & landscaping.
Located on Enterprise Way & Bailey Lane, minutes away from Manchester Airport, the build is estimated to commence in August 2025 and be built by November 2026.
