Plans have been submitted for a new £2bn residential-led mixed development on Dantzic Street in Manchester. Comprising of three towers, the scheme is set to see 1550 homes being built, plus additional commercial, business and community units. Work is confirmed to start on this project in May 2024. Associated infrastructure improvements are expected following initial demolition on the street.

Subbies Hired for Baker Street Flats

More subcontractors are being hired for the £158m Baker Street project in London. The project consists of redevelopment and refurbishment of three existing buildings to create office and retail units, along with 51 flats and 480 cycle spaces. This project is expected to be completed in June 2026, 48 months after commencement.

2023 Start Date Expected for Mayfield Development

Construction on the Mayfield Manchester project is expected to start as early as July 2023. Phase 1 of the project includes developing two new office blocks valued at £75m each.
