Tender Review Process

The Tender Review Process is the process undertaken by a given party (eg Client, Project Manager, QS) to decide on the successful candidate. In public procurement, a transparent and clear decision must be made and published. In private procurement, the final decision is usually made by the developer or client based on their own requirements, but will usually take into consideration design standards, contractor competence and risk and cost.
