What is SIMAP?
SIMAP is the standard information system of the European Union. It is an internet tool for the public procurement process.
Goal of SIMAP
In order to simplify public announcements about the contracting authority, the UK has implemented the standard information system SIMAP and created standard forms for the various UK legal bases. For publication on the integrated publication platform ‘Find a Tender’, UK contracting authorities can send their data via the “e-notices” application or via an eSender of their choice.
